I have been gravely ill for years & OSF St Francis was more of my home than my home with my family. When not hospitalized, every month/ weeks that refills were due, we ALWAYS encountered issues with insurance. Their pharmacists & staff are beyond to notch. They go above & beyond to take care of the issue/s, find the best prices, especially Mike. Before I was bedridden on hospice but wasn't able to go inside, he came out once while my husband was getting my meds so we could meet & put a face to a name. Check your meds and see if you can benefit changing pharmacists. It's hard to come by anyone in the medical care industry to help be your advocate & help a person the way they do.

Very busy almost closing time line was all the way in and around the back inside the store. Crowded would be an understatement, but was impressed with the gentleman who handled the rush with ease. No sweat 😅. …

Been in and out of OSF hospital 2 times in the last 2 month for different reasons. This pharmacy got my meds to my bedside before I was even discharged. Wow

Saturday went to 2 pharmacies to fill an RX the OSF ER prescribed. Not in stock - Walmart suggested I check with Medi-Park. I called and spoke with Jim, read him the RX, he said YES it’s in stock. I drove the asap, gave the RX to the nicest young lady ( I didn’t get her name ) it was filled quickly and I was on my way to deliver it to my very sick daughter . Thsnk you so much !

The hours are great.They really have each person covered as far as convenience goes. Early mornings, mid-afternoon, even late nighters you're coveted. Plus the staff always has time to give your worries a rest. I thank them.
